UKAA Investor Lender Forum appoints new chair
CBRE’s Jason Hardman appointed new chair of UKAA Investor Lender Forum as investment in Build to Rent soars
The UK Apartment Association (UKAA) has announced Jason Hardman as the new chair of its Investor Lender Forum. Hardman, who is Executive Director of Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE, will kick things off with a bang by hosting a webinar: “UK BTR: Leveling up opportunities – where to invest next” on Thursday, April 7, 2022.
UK industry organization Build to Rent (BTR), UKAA, has developed its regional network, creating groups across the country to advocate for industry expansion. Its recently launched Lending Investor Forum will help those interested in having a financial stake in the BTR sector to understand the role of quality in operational assets and the capabilities to optimize returns and manage downside risk and the rise.
The April 7 webinar will invite UKAA members and guests to join a panel of seasoned investors to discuss a range of issues, including the importance of regional BTR growth, upgrading, demand of quality housing and the opportunities offered by local developments.
