UK luxury fashion fabric show Textile Forum returns in March 2022
At the show, most fabrics will be available from stock, from well-established, mainly British companies that have worked with major fashion houses around the world, organizers UKFT said. The choice of fabrics includes lace, silk, wool, leather, cotton, viscose and durable textiles for womenswear, menswear, bridal wear, lingerie and interiors. There will also be accessories such as buttons, liners and labels.
Since the UKFT acquired ownership of the Textile Forum, the event has become part of the organisation’s wide range of activities which are undertaken to support the UK fashion and textile industry and promote these sectors on the domestic market and worldwide.
For 20 years, Textile Forum has been the place where designers source high-quality fabrics, with small minimum orders – often as low as 1 metre. After the UKFT took over ownership of this successful event in November 2021, the show will be held for the first time at the prestigious One Marylebone venue in London on 16 and 17 March 2022.
Since its launch in 2002, Textile Forum has established itself as London’s premier sourcing event for luxury fashion fabrics, now presented over two floors at our prestigious One Marylebone venue. The show attracts fabric buyers from leading fashion retailers and brands, established independent design firms and start-ups, tailors, craft shops, seamstresses and costume designers.
Guest companies include Elvi, Goose, LKBennett, Mint Velvet, Nike, Burberry, Carolina Herrera, Osman Studio, Mulberry, Pearce Fionda, ASOS, The National Theatre, Jenny Packham, Sassi Holford, Janet Reger, Radley And Co, Hemyca, Jonathan Saunders, E. Tautz, Ashley Williams, Christopher Shannon, Marvel Studios, Jasper Conran, Anna Valentine, Louis Vuitton, Merlin Entertainments, Coco de Mer, Cath Kidson, Arcadia and John Lewis.
