Drake University has announced that the Drake Risk & Opportunity Forum will return this fall in person and online on October 21. The free forum is an event for risk managers, actuaries, auditors, regulators, consultants/advisors and investment professionals to connect, learn best practices and turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities . It was designed by a steering group of risk management professionals to learn from thought leaders as they explore how to identify and prioritize emerging risks, examine evolving insurance capital models and address key economic themes affecting insurance. In-person sessions will take place in the Cowles Library Reading Room on the Drake campus in Des Moines. The lunch will be provided through a sponsorship donation from global asset management firm Alliance Bernstein. Continuing education credits may be available.
