TechCreate Group co-hosted a digital accelerator forum with the Banking Association of Cambodia at the Hyatt Regency in Phnom Penh on August 22, as the Singapore-based technology service provider marked its arrival in the Kingdom in style.
TechCreate Group – a technology services group specializing in innovative solutions for digitizing digital payments, IT security and infrastructure solutions – has invested in Cambodia with a local entity to reach the various sectors of the Kingdom.
And with this new setup, TechCreate Group brings its vast experience of digitization to the Kingdom and joins Cambodia’s digital revolution.
HE Nuon Pharat, the Deputy Governor of Phnom Penh, was the guest of honor at the event chaired by TechCreate Group CEO, Lim Heng Hai, and attended by representatives of the group’s partners and the Cambodian banking industry, as well as other distinguished guests.
“In this digital age, we can see that there is a great opportunity to use digital technologies to solve urban problems. Phnom Penh is one of 26 cities in the ASEAN Smart Cities network.

Phnom Penh is developing alongside the government’s digital policy, with Prime Minister Hun Sen saying he believes Cambodia will strive to achieve digital transformation to take the Kingdom’s economy and society to a higher level of development. .
“I would therefore like to express my gratitude to the technology service providers for coming to Phnom Penh to share your experience and best practices, as well as your suggestions for solutions,” said HE Nuon Pharat.
Lim Heng Hai, CEO of TechCreate Group, spoke about the Kingdom’s huge potential.
