Quantum launches MyQuantum service software

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Unstructured data storage company Quantum is rolling out software to help it deliver services to customers.
Quantum released its MyQuantum secure service delivery platform for customers this month, according to the company.
MyQuantum is intended to provide customers with single sign-on (SSO) access to resources. The platform is part of Quantum’s “transformation” into a software and services company as a business model.
MyQuantum is available for Quantum customers.
The platform is designed for organizations that manage data across multiple data centers, both on-premises and in a hybrid or multi-cloud model, to streamline the support and monitoring of Quantum assets.
With MyQuantum, customers can manage their support cases, search the Quantum knowledge base and after-sales documentation, download software, and monitor their Quantum assets, using AIOps cloud-based analytics software (CBA ).
Quantum will continue to improve the functionality of MyQuantum: expanding access to applications; additional options role-based access; and adding account management features, such as subscription renewals and order history tracking.
MyQuantum is the latest in a series of new offerings from Quantum’s service and support portfolio to help customers design, install and use their Quantum products.
Quantum recently introduced several service offerings, including its Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Dedicated Support Engineer (DSE) services to provide dedicated, premium resource support to large customers.
The introduction of the MyQuantum service delivery platform is “a key step towards providing value-added services to our customers as well as improving the overall customer experience,” said Rick Valentine, Chief Customer Officer at Quantum.
“We’re excited to make it widely available to all of our customer base as we continue to expand our offerings as a service.”
