Public Joint Stock “Novolipetsk Steel: NLMK Group organizes the first corporate training forum in Russia
NLMK Group, a global steel company, organized the first corporate training forum in Russia in partnership with the Higher School of Economics Graduate School of Business. More than 300 managers and experts from the country’s leading corporate universities and business schools, heads of HR departments and Edtech companies gathered to discuss current challenges in employee training and development in a changing environment.
The forum was held on the new campus of NLMK Corporate University in Lipetsk. Participants exchanged best practices, discussed current company needs and desires for employee training, advanced formats for staff development, and ways to evaluate the effectiveness of corporate training.
Experts named key trends, which include the growing role of corporate universities in business transformation, the development of a unified leadership culture and skills for working in an ever-changing environment, and the creation a development ecosystem that encompasses company employees and their business partners and customers.
Valentina Satarova, director of the NLMK corporate universitysaid: “Our main task and our mission is to be at the side of our company and to support it in the development of our employees. We have achieved a lot and are ready to face the future with great energy! We look forward to collaborate with our colleagues within the community of leading corporate universities in Russia on this journey.”
