Is this list just general things they have allowed or confirmed to come to Tubi?

There’s nothing here about specific titles coming to Tubi. The way it’s worded is very general. “GKIDS has licensed the following titles…”

Tubi currently has The Case of Hana and Alice, Genius Party, Genius Party Beyond, Napping Princess, and Summer days with Coo by GKIDS. Hopefully that means GKIDS gets its own Tubi channel and more titles are on the way, though I doubt HBO Max will cede any ground on its exclusive rights to the Ghibli catalog.

Yeah, I think Ghibli is like the only property recognized and respected as quintessential Japan, even by people outside the community. HBO Max would charge a very high price if anyone else wanted a slice of the pie/brand.

Impressive! Tubi is a pretty underrated streaming service, but it has a lot of great content. Can’t wait to see what they get from GKids!

I have seen the Tubi app rarely come out of use, maybe later I will take the time to check out some of their content.

Tubi is a great app that has lots of classic shows, including stuff you can’t find elsewhere, like Dr. Slump. I hope GKids keep Ghibli on HBO Max because they’re like the main reason to watch HBO Max half the time because it’s like the only movies they ever do. But hopefully we get to see more of Gkids’ library, including their streaming non-animated movies, because they have a lot of solid indie and foreign animation.

I swear, every time I scroll through Tubi, I find gem after gem of underrated classics from my childhood. Tubi is great!

I wonder if FOX plans to buy GKIDS in the future. It would be a good buy, especially since they haven’t had a movie studio since they sold all those assets of what is now 20th Century Studios to Disney.

I was surprised to find Usagi Drop on Tubi the other day. I don’t know anything about this service, so I should probably take a look at what else is in it.

Tubi is honestly a gold mine for content, and it’s all free too.

We no longer need companies to buy other companies.
