Helen Mitchell holds a Sir Roland Wilson Ph.D. from the Center for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis at the Australian National University (ANU). She is also an economist and a former diplomat.

Dr. Dirk van der Kley is a research fellow at the ANU School of Regulation and Global Governance (RegNet).

Doctor Will Stoltz is the Senior Advisor for Public Policy at ANU’s National Security College.
