Forum Partners Appoints Patrick LeBlanc as National Sales Director

PALM BEACH, Florida., April 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Forum Partners, a global real estate investment and asset management firm, today announced that Patrick LeBlanc joined the company as National Sales Manager.

In his new role, LeBlanc will become the key influencer in charting the course for Forum Partners as it continues to develop alternative investment strategies. His primary responsibility will be to drive sales for the firm’s investment programs to wealth management advisors across the financial services industry, including independent broker-dealers, registered investment advisors and institutional channels, while managing critical relationships with senior brokers.

LeBlanc brings nearly 15 years of professional experience to his new role at Forum Partners. Most recently, he worked at Megatel Capital Investment, where he led their West Coast regional sales team in capital raising efforts for residential real estate funds. During his tenure, he led its primary production territory, and prior to that, he was the primary wholesaler for 10 consecutive quarters at Hartman Income REIT.

He started his career in the insurance industry as a senior marketing consultant for Dressander BHC, where he managed a portfolio of nearly $50 million in annuity production and has helped up to 30 carrier and brokerage partners, and more than 500 financial planners conceptualize individual marketing plans to grow their business.

LeBlanc received his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and holds its FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. It is also licensed to sell life and health insurance.
