The event is organized by Carlisle United Supporters’ Groups and will see a selection of the club’s top brass – plus Paul Simpson – speak to the Brunton Park faithful ahead of the 2022/23 season.

Billy Atkinson, Lord Clark, Nigel Clibbens, Suzanne Kidd, John Nixon, Steven Pattison and Simpson will all be in attendance.

Foxy’s Restaurant will host the forum on Thursday, June 30 with a 6:30 p.m. start. The evening is free and will also be broadcast via YouTube.

Capacity will be limited to 100, with first priority given to 2022/23 season ticket holders, who can book their place now by emailing seasontickets@carlisleunited.co.uk and including all the names of those who wish to attend.

Subject to space, general reservations will begin at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 23.

Simon Clarkson, Carlisle United Supporters’ Groups Representative and Supporter Liaison, said of the event: “It’s great that we’re kicking off pre-season with a forum, and that the directors and shareholders are this time joined by the manager.

“It gives fans the opportunity to ask questions and get updates on all areas of the club, from meeting room questions with the directors to football questions with Simmo.

“We say it every time, but these events are popular and we encourage anyone who can to come and ask their questions in person in the evening.

“For those unable to attend, as usual the event will once again be streamed live via the club’s YouTube channel, as this has proven to be a very popular method of coverage previously.”
