BNB announced as main partner of the annual mentoring forum in the Middle East for the third year

Manama: Middle East Mentoring Forum (MFME) today announced that the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has joined the upcoming 2022 edition of the event as Presenting Partner for the third consecutive year. The BNB played a strategic role in the success of the Forum in 2019 and 2021 and is set to work closely with the Forum’s organizing committee to organize another timely and relevant event aimed at supporting the career progression of professionals. and helping organizations achieve their talent development goals. The Forum will again be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain as a hybrid event, with physical and online participation, and is expected to be held in December 2022.

Building on its expertise and success in mentorship, the BNB will join the Forum’s “Think Tank”, an advisory group that meets each year to design the agenda and ensure that the most pressing themes and topics of the day are covered. Among the topics to be discussed by the Forum will be continuing education for the public on the importance of mentorship and its effectiveness in nurturing the next generation of business leaders, looking at how the Covid-19 pandemic has continued to affect impact training and development goals and progression. as well as the sustainable and climate transition and how organizations and mentors are preparing to meet this important challenge and opportunity.

The Forum will again feature the participation of top regional and international speakers and attendees, with last year’s event hosting over 300 senior HR and mentoring experts as well as C-suite leaders from across industries. in person and online.
