2022 Employee Forum Community Meeting: Staff Wellbeing and Resilience at Carolina

To say that the last two years, and even more, have been difficult would be an understatement. Our mental health deteriorated. At times our community has felt fractured. And yet, we persevered. As the Employee Forum is dedicated to ensuring the health and well-being of all UNC staff members, we feel it is our duty to take steps to meet staff where they are and make a serious effort to equip yourself with tools you can use to be happy. , healthy and productive.
The Employee Forum will hold a community meeting focusing on mental health, resilience and creating and maintaining a sense of community. There will also be a pop-up “Pandemic Postcards” activity sponsored by Arts Everywhere, a project intended to showcase, recognize and honor Carolina’s hardworking staff through artistic expression. We deeply hope that you will join us for this community gathering as we attempt to build and restore our minds, our spirits, and our community.
