SEOUL/MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.– Hyundai Motor Group (the Group), including Kia Corporation and Hyundai Motor Company as its affiliates, today announced that Hyundai CRADLE Silicon Valley will host the seventh edition Mobility Innovators Forum (MIF) on September 22 at the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco.

Under the theme “Orchestrating Ecosystems”, participants will present and discuss how best to harmonize the interconnected innovations of mobility ecosystems to make a human-centric mobility future a reality.

MIF 2022 will begin with a powerful speech by David Hochschildpresident of the California Energy Commission and will follow with in-person discussions between mobility industry leaders, innovators, startups, and public and private sector investors.
The event will include a series of talks on various topics such as “Taking Action: The NorCAL ZERO Project”, “Preparing for the Next Build”, “Scaling Driverless Technology”, “Co-Designing and creating circularity’ and ‘The next era of mobility’.
Later in the day, a panel discussion on “Investing in mobility innovation and supporting the ecosystem” will be moderated by Marianne Wuventure capital partner of Congruent companies; Jake Wieseneckinvestment director at Maniv Mobility; chris stallman, Partner at Fontinalis; and Rens ValkInvestor at Shell companies.
In addition, Hyundai CRADLE Silicon Valley will host themed virtual breakout sessions, on topics as diverse as “Carbon Capture and its Applications in the Automotive Industry”, “The Evolution of Cabin Comfort” and “Innovations for the Future of Manufacturing” . Dubbed “MIF Ignite”, these sessions will be led by hyundai to foster potential networking and discussion between the Group and registered audiences.
